This header measures approximately 45" side to side at the bottom, 48" at the top, 3 1/4" front to back at the bottom, 3" front to back at the top and 9 1/2" top to bottom at the ends, 12 3/4" top to bottom at the center peak.

This is a very unique piece of architectural salvage here for your decorating or construction ideas. Seems to be cast iron, quite heavy, weathered and worn, as you can see in the photos there is a hole rusted through.

Over a fireplace? over a doorway? outdoors? indoors?  You decide!!
