If you like the old hit and miss motors you may need this as a replacement part.
Stamped with numbers S278 and S243. The 2 parts move, the spring is included, there is surface rust on the entire thing.
Kick start pedal measures approximately 2 1/2" side to side, 12 1/2" front to back and 5" top to bottom.
