Russwin Model 26 B Vintage Door Closer, Industrial Hardware, Potbelly Closer R

Heavy duty vintage Russwin door closer. Looks like it has an adjustment knob. One arm measures approximately 10" long, the other is adjustable with the shortest length about 9 1/2" and the longest length being about 12" long.
Seems to have all parts moving correctly. It's heavy and will surely close your door! Please review all of the photos so you can determine if it will work for you.
Bracket with 4 holes measures approximately 4" side to side and 2" top to bottom.
The cap on the side says MODEL B 26
