Russwin Model 26 C Vintage Door Closer, Industrial Hardware, Potbelly Closer X

Heavy duty vintage Russwin door closer. This door closer does have to white paint on it. Looks like it has an adjustment knob. One arm measure approximately 13" long and the other is about 9 1/2" long. Seems to have all parts moving correctly. It's heavy and will surely close your door! Please review all of the photos so you can determine if it will work for you.
Bracket with 4 holes measures approximately 4 3/8" side to side and 2 1/8" top to bottom.
The words on the side cap say MODEL C 26
