It seems to still function and has clamps to mount it to your tubs. The name is just not quite legible, looks like THORN ....

Wood and metal vintage wringer measures approximately 14 1/2" side to side, 28" with the handle, 4" front to back, and 16 1/2" top to bottom.
Handle will be removed to ship.
