Services

The Old Grainery sells a lot of antiques and other relics, but we aren't a one trick pony. Below is a collection of several services that we offer!

Picking

The most personalized and helpful service we offer is picking. We have clients in Tennessee, Missouri, Texas, Japan and many other places that have antique stores of their own. Whether it be mid-century modern furniture, architectural salvage, farm primitives or any other niche area, we can help you build a diverse inventory that stays fresh with new products all year long. Give us a call to discuss your needs!

Reclaimed Lumber

Our good friend Melvin is THE go-to guy for buying reclaimed lumber and handmade Amish goods. Melvin's team deconstructs old barns and buildings to supply authentic used flooring and other wood pieces that really add style to any home renovation project. Check out our pages on Amish Doors, Harvest Tables, and Reclaimed Lumber for more details and photos.

Selling

The largest part of what we do is building a large and diverse inventory that we then sell online through eBay, Etsy, and this website. We originally gathered all of our products from estate sales around central Illinois. We have networked with other businesses to expand our offerings by bringing in imports from Europe, buying from other dealers at trade shows, and assisting in personal and commercial liquidations.

Over 80% of our inventory will get listed for sale online, however, there are consistently items being sold before we can get them posted. This is due to people following our Facebook and Instagram posts and seeing our new products before we even get them back to our office. Check out our online store today!

Shows

We have been attending the Round Top Antique Show in Round Top, Texas twice a year for 3 years now. This is a must attend event for anyone who enjoys looking at amazing antiques from over 100 vendors. There is a spring and fall show that are each 2 weeks long, so be sure to mark your calendar for the next event. This is the main show that we attend each year, however, you can see other places we choose to stop by following our moves on Facebook and Instagram!
