Refund policy

Requesting a Return

Many items are not returnable. Please contact us prior to purchase to verify that your item is returnable if that is a concern for you.  There is a 30-day window to request a return that starts on the day you receive the item. The item is only eligible to be returned if it is in the same condition that it was received and is in its original packaging (if applicable). A receipt or other proof of purchase will be required to begin the return process.

Start a return by sending us a message at grainery@adams.net. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include all original packaging and accessories with the returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered so that we can evaluate and resolve the situation.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Many items are not returnable. Please contact us prior to purchase to verify that your item is returnable if that is a concern for you.

We cannot accept returns on special orders, custom-made items, sale items or gift cards.

Receiving a Refund 

We will notify you that your refund was approved or declined once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please be patient as it can take a few days for your credit card or bank to process and post the refund too.
