Vintage Hobart VCM-40 Cutter Mixer 40 qt.

This mixer measures approximately 25" wide, 48" tall and 25" deep.

This Hobart VCM-40 vertical cutter mixer is a heavy-duty commercial food processor designed for high-volume use in bakeries, restaurants, and institutional kitchens. It features a large stainless steel bowl with a tilting design, a fitted lid with locking handle, and a sturdy cast metal base with multiple control levers for operation.

The machine retains its original Hobart tags and markings. The stainless steel bowl is solid and clean, while the base shows expected age and wear consistent with commercial use. Please see in the photos, areas of this mixer where that paint is chipping off especially around the legs and around the controls.  The power cord is attached. This unit has not been tested and is being sold as found, as-is.
