Model number looks like No 1252728.
Big wheel spins easy, small wheel is stuck in place.
Surface has some rust, an area appears to have been welded. It's old for sure. If you don't have hogs you can use it as yard decor!
Oiler measures approximately 20" side to side, 15" front to back and 15" top to bottom.
