Bright white paint, each one has been used so expect marks and holes to show use and previous installations.
A few of them have damage on the end that we show in the photos.
Great for craft or renovation projects.
Spindles measure approximately 2 1/2" side to side, 2 1/2" front to back and vary from 19 1/2" to 22" top to bottom.
