This unique store counter measures approximately 18' wide, 36" tall and 29" deep.

This extraordinary antique general store counter offers an authentic piece of early mercantile history. The front features original paneled detailing with layers of aged white paint, worn and distressed from decades of use. The dark wood top has a rich patina and smooth surface that provides both durability and classic character. The back, as you can see in the photos, contains no shelves but a lot of possibilities.  There is a lot of space for storage which makes this counter it highly functional as well as decorative.

The scale and craftsmanship of this counter make it a rare find. It is sturdy, substantial, and built to last, with the kind of authentic wear that gives antique furnishings their unique charm. This piece would be perfect for use in a retail store, brewery, bar, or restaurant, or as a striking farmhouse-style island or display counter in a large home or event space.  As you can see in the photos, the top surface does show sign of scratches and some staining.  There is also a crack on the left side of the counter.
