1961 Shell Gas Station Pump Signs, Vintage Advertising Litho Lot, Grand Opening

Lot of eleven "Grand Opening" posters from a Shell Service Station.

These eleven posters are printed on medium weight mat poster paper. Measuring approximately 32.0" side to side and approximately 48.5" top to bottom these bold Litho posters are printed in the traditional yellow and red Shell colors.

These posters have sustained some water damage resulting in mold, as well as tears and cuts on the edges. Stored rolled, they are relatively smooth with little to no creases. Lower left corner has a serial number of: 210188-61 and the lower right corner reads: LITHO IN U.S.A. The consumer is urged to carefully review the listing images to fully appreciate the condition of these items.

A deft hand at trimming away the damaged edges would certainly reveal a useful as well as decorative piece of vintage Shell decor!
