We are offering a vintage cast iron barn pulley.
Rusty and dusty like it just came out of the barn!
The wheel does turn with some resistance, it looks like there is a piece on the hook that has the end broken off.

Pulley measures approximately 4 1/2" side to side, 2 1/2" front to back and 8 1/2" top to bottom.
