Meridian model 8090 surveying instrument.

Case measures approximately 14" wide, 9" tall, and 6" deep.

This item looks good and complete but it was untested by us.
Label says that it belonged to a company named Seither & Cherry in Keokuk, Iowa, that same name was engraved on the metal dial.
