This beautifully unique bookcase measures approximately 34" wide, 73" tall and 12" deep

Beautiful antique oak barrister bookcase featuring six stacking sections plus the top and base. This set includes a combination of early Wernicke Co. (Grand Rapids) and later Globe-Wernicke Co. (Cincinnati) sections, ranging from approximately 1898 to the early 1920s.

Each section has its original lift-and-slide glass door and a warm, rich oak finish with attractive grain throughout. Included are deep D-series sections such as D-10¼, D-12¼, and D-8½, along with an early C-11 stenciled Wernicke section dating to the late 1890s–early 1900s. The classic gold-and-black Globe-Wernicke labels are intact on the later sections, while the oldest piece retains its original interior stencil with patent dates from 1892–1897.

All doors open and close properly, and the bookcase shows the expected character and patina of its age. Please note in the photos, one of the doors is missing a pull. 
Also, one of the shelves has minor damage on the front edge.
