This is a Hobart HCM-450 vertical cutter mixer, a heavy-duty commercial food processor designed for high-volume use in restaurants, bakeries, and institutional kitchens. The HCM-450 features a large 45 quart stainless steel bowl, tilting design for easy unloading, and a powerful motor for reliable performance. Control switches are located conveniently on the side panel, and the unit sits on a sturdy cast metal base.
The stainless steel bowl and housing are clean and solid, showing only normal wear from use. The machine retains its Hobart nameplate and controls, with attached power cord. As shown in photos, this machine is connected for 460 Volts, A.C. operation. This piece has not been tested and is being sold as found, as-is.
