This unique Hollywood Regency brass bed frame measures approximately 82" long, 59" tall and 56" wide.
Offering a vintage brass bed frame sourced from the historic Buckheart Tavern in Rochester, Illinois. This piece carries both timeless design and a unique local provenance, making it more than just a functional bed frame—it’s a conversation piece with history.
The frame features a classic brass construction with tall headboard and matching footboard, accented by clean vertical lines and understated detailing. Its design reflects early to mid 20th century styling, likely dating to the 1920s–1940s.
The bed rails measure approximately 78 1/4" long by 53 1/4" wide and is designed to accommodate a standard full size (double) mattress. Includes headboard, footboard, and metal side rails as shown. The rails are steel and provide solid structural support.
The brass finish shows authentic age and patina, including oxidation, surface wear, and areas of green verdigris. These characteristics are consistent with age and add to the overall vintage charm. The frame can be polished for a brighter finish or left as-is for a more rustic, timeworn appearance.
