Ozark Roadside Tourist Pottery, Green Drip Jardeniere Planter, Horrine Style G

Ozark roadside tourist pottery jardiniere planter in a green drip glaze with white banding, commonly associated with Horrine-style folk pottery of the Ozarks region. Measures approximately 5" in diameter by 2 1/4" high. This is a low, rounded bowl form with a thick rolled rim and hand-applied slip decoration that flows naturally around the body. The surface shows the expected texture, glaze pooling, and kiln character consistent with roadside and tourist pottery production. The planter has three evenly spaced hanging holes around the rim, indicating it was made to be suspended with cord or chain. Interior shows age-related wear and mineral residue from use. No cracks or repairs observed; surface wear and glaze irregularities are consistent with age and handmade construction. A solid, decorative example suitable for display or use as a hanging planter.
