This item measures 4" diameter at the bottom and is 1 1/2" tall.
W.S. Dickey Clay Manufacturing Co. made various clay products such as terracotta sewer pipes and bricks in the early part of the 20th century. They were in Kansas City, MO and had plants in California and other states.
It is marked on the bottom "DICKEY." As shown in the photos, there are chips and cracks in the piece along with some staining. It tells the story of years gone by.
